Account Deletion
CUT & CLEAR is developed by Hari TechKey Studio. We respect your right to privacy and data autonomy.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the CUT & CLEAR app.
- Open the CUT & CLEAR app on your device.
- Navigate to your Profile / Settings.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Your profile, health data, food logs, hydration records, and social data will be permanently deleted from our active database.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion through this website.
Please send an email to our support team using the email address associated with your CUT & CLEAR account. We will verify your identity before processing the deletion.
Request Deletion via EmailWhat happens when you delete your account?
- Your user authentication and profile data will be permanently removed.
- All your logged health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness data will be deleted.
- Your social relationships, challenge participation, and leaderboard entries will be removed.
- We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated analytics data, or specific transaction data if legally required, but it will no longer be linked to your identity.
